Through our educational presentations on the Galapagos Whale Shark research project, the unique Galapagos ecosystem, marine wildlife, and citizen science, we aim to foster a deeper understanding among both divers and non-divers. We believe that the more people know about a species, the better equipped they are to protect it. By educating others, we hope to inspire ocean conservation and build a community of ambassadors dedicated to safeguarding marine life and their habitats.
At our live events, we dive deeper into the research project, showcasing various citizen science programs that you can get involved in. These events also offer the chance to meet our team, ask questions, and engage directly with our mission. New live events will be posted here as they are scheduled, so check back regularly for updates.
Below, you'll find information on past and upcoming live events, as well as videos, podcasts, and articles featuring our team's vast knowledge and passion for whale sharks, marine wildlife, and ocean conservation. If we have any scheduled upcoming events, you'll be able to find them right here on this page!
